The Janitorial Supervisor will work collaboratively within the Integrated Facility Management team to deliver integrated facility management services including client relations, planning, operations and site work orders in a Manufacturing/Industrial building.
Target Salary - 50 -55K Annually and overtime eligible
Hours - 11 PM - 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Review previous shift EOS report. Note any items that carryover
Conduct daily safety moment
Assign employees routes for their shift
Flex employees to address any hot spots, absences, etc.
Robot Cell Cleaning Program Review
General Housekeeping Program
Emergency Response Clean Up Program
Daily Client Communication and Detailed Shift Reporting
Audit workspace using Go Spot Check
Reporting Supplies usage to be ordered
The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior while on duty
Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
Reviewing work schedules
Ordering of cleaning materials
Monitoring of all cleaning activities
Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Supervisory Responsibilities for the following Support
Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
Coaching and developing employees (cleaners)
Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.

Qualifications
2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration.
Superior customer service skills and orientation.
Ability to always maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
Proficient in MS Office, Smartsheet and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.
Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets, and administrative capability of customizing administrative reports.
