Janitorial Cleaning Manager Jobs

Our established booming cleaning company is looking for a Field Manager that can do various managerial tasks within the company. These tasks include but are not limited to:

● ON-CALL DURING SPECIFIED HOURS

● Supply management

● Training new cleaners

● Learning how to clean and manage current accounts

● Account inspections

● Rag management - wash fold and deliver to jobsites

● Replacing cleaners on callouts

● Watch training videos

You must also be passionate about cleaning and creating a clean space for our clients. You are a natural leader and work well managing teams of people to attain company goals.

What we provide?

GUARANTEED HOURS 20 MINIMUM PER WEEK (POSSIBLY MORE)

Great pay $17/HR to start

What we need from you?

Be able to pass a background check

Be authorized to work in the areas in and surrounding Allentown PA

Must be able to communicate with clients in English

Have reliable transportation

Have a great attitude, great energy, reliability and attention to detail

2 years of experience in management capacity with service government company

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
