We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and customer-oriented IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical support and troubleshooting services in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout.

We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and customer-oriented IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical support and troubleshooting services in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other IT communities to plan and execute technical projects.
- Manage and support handheld scanning hardware within common mobile management solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10 (+LTSC) and 11 operating systems & core applications.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles to enhance support efficiency and empower end users.
- Plan and execute network switch and Wi-Fi AP replacements in close collaboration with our operations team.
- Install and provide ongoing support for network printers, ensuring seamless printing capabilities.
- Facilitate smooth PC and laptop replacements, including data migration and software install, and setup, with minimal disruption for end users.
- Support and assist end-users with functional and technical issues related to 365 applications especially Microsoft Teams and associated meeting room hardware, ensuring optimal usage and productivity.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including physical cabling, Wi-Fi standards, VLANs, DMZ, and others
- Relevant certifications such as Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Teams Administrator Associate, are a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Edge, Defender, OneDrive, and other 365 solutions.
- Expertise in facilitating PC, laptop, and other hardware replacements, including data migration and setup.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge and ability to support and install network printers.
- 24x7 Monthly on-call rotation
- Functional knowledge of Azure AD and GPO
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiently analyzing and resolving technical issues, while delivering exceptional customer experience through excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand end users' needs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and other 365 tools, both functionally and for providing support.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
- Minimum of a 2-year associate degree in an IT-related field with 5+ years working in an IT related position.
