Job Title: IT Specialist Support
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist Support to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. If you have a strong background in desktop support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide in-house support for end users, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Support deployment of new computers and equipment.
- Educate users on software and operating system functionality as needed.
- Assist and troubleshoot technical problems for end-users and remote users.
- Provide meeting support for cross-functional teams, including AV equipment and software.
- Maintain computer inventory and proactively resolve technical problems.
- Monitor and document helpdesk requests for timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot system problems, provide end-user support, and conduct software installations and upgrades.
- Manage network printers and collaborate with printer support vendors.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of desktop support experience.
- Understanding of client/server networks, protocols, common Internet services, and Active Directory.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.

Required & Technical Skills:
- Resolve issues on PCs and 3rd party applications.
- Update and edit knowledge base articles for network connectivity, Active Directory, security incidents, servers, and business applications.
- Perform PC and laptop installation, configuration, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate printer and scanner installations and vendor interactions.
- Support phone and mobile device installation and break-fix.
- Manage helpdesk ticket queue.
- Manage multiple assignments and prioritize projects effectively.
- Identify tasks for support or operations and collaborate with management.
- Install software at the PC and server level.
- Proficiency in local language (reading, writing, speaking).
