As an IT Support based in our office in Raleigh, you will assist our local team in various activities and help them by providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.

You will be also working in close collaboration with a talented team based in Switzerland, demonstrating outstanding technical competence, critical infrastructure and optimal performance, whilst ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.

In this role, we'll count on you to:

  • Establish and ensure Service level agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded
  • Light duty network administration (configuration of NAT boxes, routers, wireless access points, networked computers and peripherals, etc)
  • Windows installation PC spec’ing, assembly, and configuration (selection and sourcing of motherboard, CPU, GPU, etc; assembling them into a PC; awareness of and ability to navigate BIOS)
  • Analyze recurring issues and suggest corrective action and documenting technical solutions and processes for future reference
  • Point of contact for Mindmaze order fulfillment, tech support requests and escalations through emails, phone, Jira, Salesforce, Zendesk.
  • Mobile device management (MDM)
  • Windows & basic software configuration, and basic administration (drive partitioning and formatting.
  • Identify potential SLA misses and escalate them according to the defined procedure
  • Monitor and administer internal IT support; Installation and/or configuration of various office software products.
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices as well as network issues
  • Provide first-level technical support and training on how to use the company’s software applications to end-users remotely.

Role orientation is:

  • Product Development (designing and implementing IT aspects of our products)
  • Internal IT support
  • Customer-Facing IT Support

For this role, some traveling may be required to visit clients and partners who use our devices and are experiencing any type of technical issues.


Qualifications
  • PowerShell scripting
  • DOS shell scripting
  • Experience Windows administration
  • Experience PC Spec’ing
  • Skilled with with Windows automated deployment administration (ADK, DISM, etc ) and Mobile device management (MDM)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment or startup including :
  • Highly skllled with Linux, MAC and Windows operating systems and standard applications (MS Office, Mail, Gsuite…)
  • Experience Network Administration experience
