Essential Job Duties
The IT Operations intern will assist the CIPM system administrator and the IT lead in Center wide operations. Responsibilities may include but is not limited to resolving CIPM user computer login issues, routine network tasks, receiving and responding to user tickets, documenting how issues were resolved, and assisting other developers and project leaders with IT requirements as tasked by the system administrator.
