Pay Range: $ 56,000- $80,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Examine application execution in various environments.
• Develop and document application test scenarios based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Input provision for software test plans.
• Record and document results as compared to expected results.
• Development and implementation of software application regression tests.
• Development and design of test plans specific for different computer software applications.
• Keeping up to date with standards and requirements of software quality assurance as stipulated by software testing authorities.
• Tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software.
• Development and implementation of software application functionality tests.
• Participate in application planning meetings.
• Preparation of reports on defects and problems that arise during application tests.
• Ensure application compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards, and organizational standards.
• Review and validation of test cases for software application.
• Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
• Preparation of software evaluation test reports.
• Perform reviews or walkthroughs as necessary.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

Technical

• Strong working knowledge of Dynamics AX
• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in test tools and defect tracking software.
• Team Foundation Server and Test Manager
• Knowledge of how to use ServiceNow
• Well developed analytical skills
• Proven problem solving skills
• One or more years of software QA experience.
• Proficient report writing skills
• International Software Qualifications Board (ISTQB)
• Knowledge of methods and processes used in quality assurance of software programs

Education

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent certifications/work Experience)
