Hydrogen Group is looking for an IT PMO Manager to join one of our customers for a Direct Hire Opportunity.



Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual attendance and quick response-time is an essential function of the position
• Master's Degree in IT Project Management, Business Analysis or IT Leadership preferred; combination of relevant education and work experience considered in lieu of degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Expert level program/project management and business analysis skills and proficiencies in related methodologies, with a minimum of 8 years of successfully managing projects of "high complexity" as reflected in: size of project, cost of the project, size of project team, depth and breadth of project manager role & responsibility, span of project impact (i.e., enterprise-wide, multi-departmental, or having a major market or external impact).
• Domain experience: 5+ years of experience in the aviation field or relatable experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Masters Certification in IT Project Management, Certified Scrum Master or similar work experience is preferred

• Have strong analytical skills and ability to adapt and make decisions related to changing requirements
• Have experience for providing budget actuals and planning input to stakeholders
• Have experience in team management and the ability to motivate PMO resources and project teams
• Have experience in managing/leading PMO team(s), resources assignments and levelling
• Have experience in delivering IT projects through IT PMO using complete Project Lifecycle
• Understand project management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives
• Have strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
• Will need to have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Are motivated and have ability to work with minimal supervision and direction

Salary: 145,000-160,000
