We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide day-to-day support to all employees, from initial challenge to resolution. This includes account and device setups to troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues. The ideal candidate will be capable of meeting scripting needs to automate system administration tasks as well as process improvement automation. This position will be working on-site in Corona, CA. Additional duties below.


  • Thorough understanding of O365 capabilities, plans, service features
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues
  • Accurately document all work performed through the ticketing system including details and outcomes
  • Enhance productivity of IT/Helpdesk procedures by automating processes through scripts and system configuration enhancements
  • Demonstrated professionalism and problem-solving skills in resolving staff issues
  • Update O365 licenses, subscriptions, and standard user management as necessary
  • Create clear and concise documentation for IT procedures as well as end user tutorials via in person training sessions, virtual sessions, knowledgebase articles and/or videos.
  • Support installation, configuration, and product support of Microsoft 365 applications/services on various types of hardware including but not limited to Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Desire to learn and adopt new technologies
  • 2-5 years proven experience in PowerShell and/or other scripting or programming languages
  • Provide an excellent overall IT support experience with every interaction with all employees and management
  • Thorough understanding of O365 Suite and Azure environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in any one or combination of O365, Azure Active Directory, WVD
  • Experience with desktop administration and remote desktop support
