Requirements
NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. Our Claremont, NH office has an opening for an Invoicing Coordinator. Responsibilities include creating detailed, accurate and justified invoices for various types of property preservation work that NFR contractors have performed at customer properties. Invoicing Coordinators will verify all required documentation is received from contractors and will also discuss invoicing edits/adjustments with contractors and clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience with billing and data entry or the equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent attention to detail and strong math skills. Candidates must be able to prioritize a high-volume workload while meeting various deadlines and be a team player. Previous experience adapting to multiple software applications is helpful. Proficiency in Excel is also encouraged and beneficial.
This position will learn and maintain knowledge of the variety of work performed in the mortgage industry for different loan types and customer requirements. This is a full-time position that can be performed 100% remote or hybrid out of our NH office.
