About Your Role

We are hiring for our Emerging Talent Program across our Fund Accounting and Investor Services teams! This program is tailored towards recent college graduates in areas such as Business, Communications and Languages. These are full-time opportunities targeting a start date of July 10th, 2023. Investor Services is a growing team at Juniper Square that is responsible for delivering administration services to our clients. We are seeking an Associate Allocations Manager who will join our Allocations service group and act as a trusted partner to our real estate private equity customers and their investors. Your main responsibilities will be to configure & manage capital calls and distributions in the Juniper Square workspace and Excel. You will start serving simple funds and deals, but grow to serve more complex funds as you gain experience in the role. We are looking for someone who is eager to impact our customers’ day-to-day operations, and who is excited to grow their technical expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Build knowledge of our evolving software and private capital markets.
• Use Juniper Square software and Excel to manage our customers’ day-to-day transactions including calculating distributions, multiple close rebalancing and calculating capital call amounts
• Identify and flag areas of improvement in our processes and procedures.
• Create distribution and capital call notices using our software
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and Fund Accounting teams to ensure we are delivering a best-in-class offering to our customers.
• Analyze and understand a Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA) in relation to capital call and distribution calculations

Qualifications

• Passion for financial markets and a desire to use technology to improve business operations
• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree by June 2023
• Preferred programs of study include accounting, business, finance, economics, humanities, communications or languages
• Deadline oriented and completes assigned work within a team setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in a customer-facing and project management role

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $52,000-62,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
