Our Client is a wealth and asset management advisory firm that characterizes itself by designing risk-adjusted wealth and portfolio management strategies. Our Client mission is to prioritize our client’s needs before anything else, hence serving as fiduciaries when providing wealth and investment advisory services.

OUR PROCESS

Clients are guided through our unique advisory process beginning with a complete quantitative risk assessment designed to identify how much risk our clients want and tolerate and compare it to how much financial risk each client currently has. This will allow for a complete wealth management plan and a clear retirement map.

THE POSITION

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will assist individuals and corporations managing their financial needs, providing comprehensive financial plans and offering an exceptional investor experience. Your responsibility will be to work in your client's best interest while guiding your client's through Lyon Bern's steps to a complete wealth management plan including investment planning, retirement planning, financial risk management, educational planning, estate planning, among others.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult with clients on investments and insurance strategies.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and solutions for the development and on-going maintenance of more complex client needs.
• Performs perpetual discovery, assessing a client's financial situation to retain & grow the client relationship.
• Collaborates with internal business partners to provide a broad range of wealth products and services including; financial planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, insurance and risk management services.
• Meet quarterly revenue and asset gathering goals.
• Ability to independently manage and maintain client's book of business.
• Provide high level of individualized, comprehensive financial plans and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum level of education of Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.
• Financial designation is preferred (CFP, CFA, ChFC, or other).
• Active Series 65, or Series 66. If not, it must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.
• A valid and active Life, Health Disability Insurance license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
• At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience

Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
