Inventory Supervisor Jobs

Schedule: Monday though Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm - Weekend availability based on production needs & Audits

Salary Range: $69k - $75k D.O.E.

Responsibilities:

• Cycle Count accuracy
• Manage the service Level agreement for your department.
• Responsible for providing effective leadership to the inventory team and enforcing company standards, act as a role model.
• Inventory Variances
• Monitor & Control Inventory Integrity through Inbound and Outbound audits when required.
• Manage the daily activities of a Inventory operation
• Ensure Inventory accuracy to meet all internal and external client demands and service level agreement.
• Partner with IB/OB clericals to research inventory discrepancies in a timely manner including your team.
• FEFO on all product
• Enact contingency plans as needed; escalate and direct activities during system problems, disasters, etc.; identify potential problems, troubleshoot, escalate issues to local and senior management, and participate in post-mortem analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements concerning the inventory department.
• Maintain product identification and location accuracy within the facility.
• Physical Inventory Warehouse 3 times a year (Operational Support)
• Manage group to Perform Daily Cycle counts for assigned locations directed by you or the customer.
• Required to operate equipment within the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Review ongoing performance & KPI’s results to targets. Take corrective measures with authorization, escalate as needed.
• Be open minded to ideas where they can be applied to enable innovation.
• Report discrepancies and damage product to Operations Manager or General Manager for further resolution.

Requirements

• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and proficient in Excel etc.
• Progressive experience performing professional level Inventory and management duties; preferably in Inventory, Logistics. supply chain, E-commerce
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write documents using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management and customer.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or Excel forms.
• Bachelor’s Supply Chain or Logistics, or related field preferred but will except experience in same position over 4 years.
