Our company seeks an Inventory Assistant to join our retail and wholesale forces! An Inventory Assistant will be responsible for organizing sales inventory in a well-planned manner.

The Inventory Assistant will also track what stocks come in and go out. This individual will be supervising the loading and unloading of stock as well.

Inventory Assistant Employment Requirements:

Inventory Assistant Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of various products and supplies in the warehouse.
• Packing items for return along with shipping labels.
• Loading and unloading the stock accordingly.
• Preparing cost reports on a monthly basis.
• Operating various equipment required on the shop floor.
• Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Helping the customer on the shop floor.
• Coming up with a list of unused products from the stock.
• Counting the stocks manually.
• Working collaboratively with other departments.
• Making use of inventory software to keep track of orders.
• Ensuring a low risk of accidents on the work floor.
• Preparing and utilizing a loss prevention strategy.
• Improving inventory management and procedures.
• Adhering to all the safety rules and regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining a log of all the products and supplies.
• Identifying the defective products, if any.
• Systematically organizing the stock.
• Ensuring the floor area is clean and tidy.
