Compensation: $60,400-$75,500 annually
The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
Position Summary:
Responsible for working with the local distribution inventory operations by assisting with achieving center budget compliance, business roadmaps and contingency planning. Accomplish business objectives by managing the team and associated Inventory accuracy and product loss and damage improvement projects. Performs virtual and in-person project management to ensure teams can effectively organize, track, and execute project completion.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Conduct site evaluations and participate in the development of solutions for unique operational requirements.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy implementations and the verification of center compliance to company inventory standards and policies.
- Support and coordinate with distribution centers and departmental partners to troubleshoot inventory and processing issues and develop work instructions to mitigate future issues.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring operational feasibility.
- Participate as a rotating member for on-call support if required.
- Assist with testing warehouse manager system fixes/enhancements delivered by Manhattan.
- Assist in the acquisition of potential new business partner projects.
- Work with Distribution Centers to implement best practices around product damage and vendor claims.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
- Ensure that all Inventory related projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Ensure warehouse operations and inventory team members are trained on any new functionality.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Strong work ethic and capability to work autonomously.
- Experience in a high-velocity distribution environment would be a strong asset.
- High initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
Travel – May be as high as 70% at times.
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
- Extensive experience with a top-tier Inventory Management System, preferably JD Edwards.

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent experience plus at least 4 years of experience in distribution, logistics or inventory management.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of cloud-based Enterprise resource planning distribution software and Warehouse management system inventory management
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous Inventory Management experience
- Extensive experience with a Cloud-based Enterprise resource planning system
- Previous experience with Manhattan
