We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Production Control Manager and based in Newark, DE.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Complete monthly cycle counts for customer Finished Goods
  • Assist in processing returns of customer Finished Goods to the DE Factory
  • Maintain accuracy of Oracle inventory and physical tracking of Finished Goods
  • Drive process improvement in inventory management for customer Finished Goods
  • Assure daily resolution of errors identified by cycle counts and transaction audits.
  • Assist material handlers and Logistics Coordinators in ensuring 100% transactional accuracy for customer shipments and Finished Goods storage
  • Liaise with other departments including manufacturing and planning to troubleshoot and rectify problems arising from inventory transaction errors
Education, Skills & Experience:
  • Strong drive for results and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact with managers, other teams and vendors at all levels respectfully and effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • 5+ years related experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Strong self-starter and team player
  • Experience managing inventory in a complex operations environment with multiple products
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Preferred experience in a customs setting or Free Trade Zone.
  • Experience using an electronic inventory management system, Oracle strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with transportation functions.
