Forbes Bros Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator (full-time) to support the FB Titan team in Salt Lake City, UT.

This office based position is responsible for maintaining an inventory of tools, procurement, and partnering with the field operations team to support their need.

Responsibilities

• Address and escalate all safety concerns as necessary
• Track and follow up with repairs sent to outside vendors
• Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with coworkers and vendors
• Assist in tool allocation to mitigate losses and overages to maximize utilization cost
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

• Improve processes and systems to efficiently manage information and certification to allow for rapid deployment
• Assists in scheduling and utilization of tools inclusive of special and periodic tools
• Work with our safety team to ensure inventory levels are adequate for all personnel protective equipment
• Ensure required stock is available and inventoried in a manner that facilitates efficient management and distribution
• Train, guide and advise employees on care and preservation on tools and equipment
• Liaise with Operations Team to understand requirements for Magazines and Implodes and create transportation plans
• Maintain inventory control system

What We Are Looking For

• Able and willing to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions and environments, inclusive of heavy lifting.
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract.
• Demonstrated knowledge of emerging tool management technologies and best practices
• Successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
