Customer Inventory Specialist

In this role, you will:
  • Be accountable for thorough understanding of customer processes, objectives, and expectations of Kimberly-Clark, as well as internal business functions to gain alignment of internal and external supply chain processes.
  • Assist external Business customers plan and manage promotions and product roll overs.
  • Manage complex/strategic customer inventories consistent with customer requirements of service level and inventory turn objectives, while maximizing supply chain efficiencies.
  • Coordinate customer order fulfillment to ensure customer expectations are met in cost effective manner.
  • Leverage independent decision making to resolve issues.
  • Facilitate problem resolution in order fulfillment process through in depth data analyses, demonstration of both system and supply chain knowledge, and resources.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing customer inventory, order fulfillment or supply chain.
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment system is desirable. Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prioritization and time management, resources management, attention to detail, active listening, organization and interpersonal
  • Results and strategy oriented, leadership, exceptional oral and written communication, excellent analytical, ethical decision making, adaptability, change management, project and risk management and building relationships
  • Travel may include less than 20%
