Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will assist the Integrated program team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baseline and forecast. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the program performance impacting one or more site locations.

- Enter data
- Prepare and publish metrics and reports
- Track budget and program financial data
- Analyze program performance
- Analyze cost and schedule integration
- Maintain schedule and track milestones
- Identify route cause
- Improve processes
- Develop EVM (Earned Value Management) Knowledge and Apply to Program
YOU MUST HAVE
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
- Data Mining, Analysis, and Modeling techniques
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to create a sense of buy-in among team members
- Must adapt well to a changing environment
- Ability to work multi-tasks, tenacious, and possess excellent problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
