Role Summary:
Entry level internship opportunity for aspiring residential real estate developers, construction managers, investors, general contractors, etc.
Objectives:
•Assist in ground up new construction residential projects such as single-family homes, townhomes, and master-planned communities around the DFW metro and East Texas
•Tasked with business operational management and organization around the office
•Communicating with vendors and subcontractors or other professionals such as attorneys and investors.
•Managing schedules, events, meetings, media, etc
•Negotiating bids on new construction projects
•Accompanying partners on site visits for project progress and create social media content
•International and domestic material sourcing
•Work with partners in recruiting new team members

Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing preferred.
•Motivated self-starter with excellent inter-personal skills
•Ability to think creatively and to take the lead in solving problems, but also knows how and when to ask questions to improve acumen in the real estate industry
•Extremely organized with attention to detail and energetic as well as enthusiastic personality
•Strong sense of accountability for the quality of own work and work of the team
•Must be willing to work extra hours whether early or late, when necessary
•Proficient in G-suite products (especially Drive and Sheets) with experience in communications and task management software like Asana or Slack
