We are looking for an action-oriented Internal Communications Manager to join our global marketing and communications team. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you will consult with leaders across the firm to develop and execute engaging internal communications programs, with a focus on our HR and Technology teams. You also will be responsible for managing our firm's communications channels and given the opportunity to develop new methodologies and tactics.

What you'll do in this role:

• Proactively seek to implement cutting-edge solutions to consistently improve the effectiveness and efficiency of communications across the firm.
• Serve as an internal communications advisor, with a focus on helping to identify interesting stories, plan group-focused meetings and help write key communications.
• Shared responsibility for owning our firmwide internal communications channels, including our SharePoint-based intranet, Town Hall Meetings, firmwide emails and internal chat platform (Slack).
• Serve as a strategic partner and writing resource for our HR and Technology teams to help drive awareness of and engagement in key programming.

You'll be right at home if you have:

• An entrepreneurial spirit and are a creative, collaborative team player.
• 8-10 years of experience in internal communications, including leading key HR and/or technology initiatives. Agency experience welcome, but not required.
• Exceptional writing, project management and organizational skills.
• A flexible approach to getting the job done, including driving alignment between different stakeholders.
• Proven experience in developing, maintaining and refining a sizeable intranet. SharePoint experience is a significant plus.
