It is crucial to our agency’s mission that you bring an equity, anti-racism, accessibility, and social justice framework to your visual communications approach. We strive to create greater access and affirming representation of the communities we serve, including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, people with physical, behavioral health, and intellectual disabilities, elders, LGBTQIA+ people, immigrants and refugees, and families building financial security. The expertise that comes from your lived life experiences and identities are of equal importance in our work as your creative skillset and portfolio.

  • Support the accessibility and language translation of OISVC products, creative artwork in multiple languages, making digital documents ADA accessible, and manage requests for accessibility remediation or submit requests to outside vendors for compliance with ADA WCAG 2.0 requirements when needed
