INTERIOR DESIGNER

Interested in joining our team? We are looking for Experienced Interior Designer to join our team.

Vitale Design Group is expanding rapidly & we are looking for a designer that can be self-directed, take a lead on projects, extremely detail oriented, have insane project management skills & a design aesthetic that complements our company. We believe it's so important that the right candidate is passionate about interior design, experienced, has the technical requirements to make it all come together & can hit the ground running.

Collaboration & Communication with the team is key. You will work directly with the Founder Alexis Vitale. Our designers manage all aspects of our projects from consultations to executing installations. We have high ethical standards for all employees in the company. Our expectations are that everyone operates with the highest level of respect and kindness within the workplace, with our contract teams, clients and families.

Our footprint is expanding outside of Los Angeles, and we will continue to expand nationwide. Some occasional travel will be required with clients and attending market events. It's important to have product knowledge, measurements, and trade/contractor capabilities. It's important that our designers can move from appointments, projects, clients, and job duties with ease. There will always be ever-changing requirements.

Requirements:

1. Available to work full time from our office in Hermosa Beach Ca.
2. Some weekend work required
3. Work independently, have a cell phone, reliable transportation.
4. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Qualifications:

It is important that the employee is extremely hands-on and will do whatever it takes to get the job completed to make the company continue to grow and thrive.

3. 1-3 years previous designer experience
4. Sense of Urgency
5. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Power Point, & Excel
6. Extensive knowledge resourcing

11. Sketchup EXPERT
12. Endless amounts of Energy and a strong desire to complete tasks timely.
