Seeking a talented and creative Interaction Designer to shape the future of B2B e-commerce. As an Interaction Designer, you will collaborate with the ex-Google founding team to understand business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements. From developing user personas and wireframes to designing and iterating on user interfaces, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and engaging B2B e-commerce marketplace experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering to ensure successful implementation of design specifications and maintain design consistency throughout the development process
• Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions
• Design, test, and iterate on user interfaces that enhance usability and engagement
• Collaborate with the founding team to understand business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements
• Leverage the latest innovations in AI to create new compelling B2B e-commerce user experiences

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience in interaction design, user interface design, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to inform design decisions
• A portfolio showcasing your design process and examples of previous work that highlight your ability to solve complex design challenges
• Ability to balance attention to detail with an understanding of the big picture and business objectives
