Job Description

Korn Ferry has partnered with a top ranked international law firm in a search for an Intellectual Property Legal Assistant/Paralegal role in Washington, DC with Appellate experience. This position requires the ability to be proactive, have a high degree of integrity, and manage all paralegal services for the office.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage lifecycle of assigned cases, including, but not limited to, document collection and appropriate management, workflows and delegation, and deposition and interview preparation
  • Lead implementation of internal case administration and reporting


Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with Summation, Concordance and/or other litigation software
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent litigation experience
  • 3 -5+ years of extensive paralegal IP litigation and appellate experience
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Experience with LEXIS/NEXIS, CLEAR, Westlaw and/or other research tools
