Work with Instructional Designer to design and create RoundGlass evidence-based programs

Deep dive into approved program concepts, providing mental health POV and surveying the landscape to provide strong recommendations for program development

Act as Subject Matter Expert for review and approval of all content ideas

Review all outlines and scripts created to verify mental health POV

Expertise in team execution and risk management, guiding teams through the process.

Coordinate design, development, and qualification activities.

Demonstrated experience in leading multiple programs simultaneously.

Proven track record of leading programs from inception to completion, showcasing strong project execution skills.

Electronics experience, including understanding of the product development lifecycle or system-level comprehension.

Deal execution would comprise of commercial evaluation, managing the diligence advisors, presenting investment decisions to investment committee and negotiating transaction documentation.

Maintain Electronic Grants Management System records in compliance with institutional and sponsor policies for all proposals and progress report submissions

Field inquiries from Department Administrators and PIs, and communicates institutional policy, procedure and documentation requirements.

Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) for eligibility and clarify requirements as needed

Verify that all sponsor submission requirements have been met in advance of signatory approval.

Work with Manager or Senior IGA mentor on complex transactions, including the review of federal contract solicitations and applications.

Work with faculty to identify and organize all requirements necessary for timely progress report submission

Must follow all federal and state compliance requirements in product handling

2+ years warehousing experience in an industrial, semi-conductor, and/or distribution industry

If applicable, 2+ years chemical warehousing experience may be required

Work performed primarily at customer site

Order pulling with 100% product accuracy

3+ years of experience with R&D in the field of electronic materials

Experience with heterogeneous integration of semiconductor devices, including a variety of metal, hybrid, and oxide bonding approaches

Experience with standard semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, physical vapor deposition, or chemical mechanical polishing

Experience with R&D in the field of additive manufacturing electronic materials, including printed semiconductors, dielectrics, and metals

Experience with performing or supporting government-sponsored research activities

Knowledge about integrating both silicon and compound semiconductor devices

Use effective student behavior management techniques.

Assist others in acquiring skills and knowledge in specific areas of responsibility.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution.
