Title: Insurance QA Supervisor
Location:  Clearwater, FL
Duration: Direct Hire
Compensation: 95,000 - 118,000
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Serve as a liaison between the business and the IT organization to meet the system's needs of our user.

• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Works with QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Participates in product testing.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Attributes We Seek

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a related field required with supervisory experience and five (5) years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Strong knowledge & interest of software platforms, business systems and database design practices.
• Keys to success in this position include a bachelor's degree in Insurance or Finance or a related field desired.
• Ability to work in teams and display competence of working within a team environment. Understanding of Agile Project Management Environment (Scrum).
• Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Office productivity tools. Exposure to and use of any Business Analyst tools, Quality Assurance processes, and utilizing Defect & Issues tracking software.
