Instructor – Instructional Designer BLN24 is an award-winning digital agency that supports the U.S. Federal Government in successfully achieving their mission and goals. Our service and solutions delivery start with understanding each client’s end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency’s organization to improve and enhance strategic and technical operations and deployments. BLN24 is looking for an Instructor – Instructional Designer to join our team.
What You Bring To The Game
Education – Has BA/BS Degree related to Education, Education Technology, English, Communications or Business; Masters of Education, Instructional Design is a plus 10 or more years as an instructor, instructional designer Ability to produce courseware/course content, in digital or hard-copy formats, and in conformance with Agency style guides, courseware templates Ability to instruct via Instructor-led or Virtual means to various training cohorts, for Agency specific topics Capable of balancing robust workload and various learning cohorts to instruct (for Crash Data Collection) and to create courseware related to this area, within schedule and performance constraints Capable of monitoring instructional methods via student surveys and instructor evaluation forms Monitors work progress, at courseware level, to ensure instruction/design execution that enables accomplishment of established priorities, deadlines and expected level of quality Capable of updating and improving courseware based on various feedback mechanisms
