Job Description

Instructional Designer


-Massachusetts based

-Hybrid

-Full time, Permanent


Are you an Instructional Designer looking to make a mark globally and have an educational background? If so, we want to speak with you!


Our client is an Education Programs business who are seeking an experienced ID to join their academic teams for curriculum teaching guides.


The role:


  • Develop high-quality learning materials, including teacher guides, exams, and textbook content, as part of the instructional plan.
  • Follow formatting and delivery guidelines, including print production requirements
  • Review and edit lesson materials to ensure accuracy and consistency, eliminating errors.
  • Engage in continuous training on instructional design and pedagogy to enhance skills and knowledge.


Experience required:


  • Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, demonstrating educational qualification.
  • Exhibit proficient writing and editing abilities, along with a background in early childhood or intermediate education or a keen interest in global education.
