Injection Machine Operator Jobs

Job Summary
Inspect, assemble, and package quality parts within established production standards.
Essential Job Functions
Make sure all necessary supplies are at the machine prior to start-up.
Processes customer orders in accordance with bill of materials and item configuration to insure customer satisfaction.
Operate an injection molding machine in either continuous or single-cycle. Perform the following tasks within the machine’s cycle time:

• Pull parts off the machine. Trim and/or cut as required. Spray mold as needed.
• Place correct band size on parts, tighten bolts on bands, and/or add the correct label on the parts.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
• Retrieve parts from conveyer.
• Build boxes and skids while assuring the correct quantity of parts are packed.
• Inspect parts for defects. Conduct quality checks a minimum of three times per shift and record on In-Process Log.

Maintain proper housekeeping in your work station according to the CCI 5S plan.
Practice safety in your work station and all facilities according to the guidelines of the CCI Handbook.
Achieve the perfect order by meeting all customer requirements.
