Initial Action Adjuster (Auto Claims)

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files and documentation.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claims process.
• Answer questions and resolve problems within established level of authority.
• Gather supporting and substantiating documentation to determine the facts of the loss.
• Investigate auto property damage claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Provide excellent customer service to claimants, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claims process.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience handling auto property damage claims.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with claimants, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claims process.
• Adjuster's License required.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
• Prior experience handling Total Loss and Coverage Issues is desirable.
• Guidewire experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine coverage and liability.
