We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House Counsel to lead our legal team. As the In-House Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal advice and support to our organization. You will be responsible for addressing a wide range of legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and minimizing legal risks.

• Manage outside counsel and engage subject matter experts when necessary.
• Advise on contractual matters, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements and legal documents.
• Manage the Trademark portfolio, oversee enforcement actions and clear potential names for marketing and product.
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to internal stakeholders, including senior management, on a wide range of legal issues affecting the organization.
• Analyze complex legal problems and develop practical solutions to address them effectively.
• Legal Advice and Counseling:
