The Organization practices and champions inclusiveness in our community. We are looking for a candidate whose personal mission aligns greatly with the organization’s mission.
Hybrid. Must be able to commute to Downtown Miami, to attend meetings and community events in person, most day-to-day work can be done remotely.
IT professional with strong technical and analytical skills. You will plan, deliver, and support solutions that foster a thriving organization supported by best-in-class technology, platforms, and data. Your work will make it easier and more efficient for your colleagues to utilize, manage, and access data and maintain data integrity. Continually assess information technology systems and make suggestions.
• Systems support, updates and training
o Create and maintain software implementation requirements.
o Manage and coordinate product updates for core systems including Foundant, SharePoint, Paylocity, Office365, and others.
o Partner with HR to design and implement a platform training program for new and existing employees.
• Data management and compliance
o Develop, implement and maintain secure, effective data management policies and practices.
o Ensure IT governance processes are followed and that business requirements are met.
o Handle administration and billing of IT licenses and equipment.
o Create and maintain documentation of business rules, technical specifications, data flows, and process workflows.
• Technical support
o Serve as first line of defense and point person for identifying and escalating IT issues.
o Manage an outsourced IT helpdesk vendor.
o Add updates and enhancements to current computer systems.
o Ensure team members’ technical issues are resolved efficiently.
• Project management
o Develop and manage IT plans in partnership with team members.
o Create and maintain documentation of business rules, technical specifications, data flows, and process workflows.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Experience
• 5-7 years’ experience in a prior systems/technology role with one or more of the following:
o Working knowledge of MS Office suite and applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
o Administration of users and accounts in OneDrive and SharePoint.
o Work supporting platforms such as Foundant or akoyaGO.
o Building dashboards in a BI tool (Tableau, PowerBI, DataStudio, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or greater in an applicable technology services field.
