We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Gaming Talent Assistant to join our team in Chicago. As a Talent Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to our talent management division and executive team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation and success of our gaming content creators. This role will involve coordinating schedules, managing communication, preparing campaign materials, and supporting the talent management team in their day-to-day activities. While we primarily work remotely, eligible candidates must be located in the Chicago Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for creators' appearances, events, and sponsored content.
- Help maintain an organized database of talent profiles, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Conduct research and assist in talent scouting, identifying potential new creators who align with the agency's objectives.
- Assist with contract coordination, including preparing contracts, tracking signatures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the talent management team in preparing and organizing materials for client meetings, presentations, and sponsorship proposals.
- Assist talent managers in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for gaming content creators.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and new monetization opportunities, providing relevant insights to the talent management team.
- Support the onboarding process for new creators, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to get started.
- Manage communication between talent managers, creators, sponsors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring prompt and accurate information flow.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work output.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as G Suite and project management software. Knowledge of ClickUp and HubSpot is a huge plus.
- Passion for gaming and a keen interest in the creator economy
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and interface with creators and stakeholders.
- Passion for gaming and supporting content creators.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree (or higher) preferred.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry, content creation, and social media platforms including Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 years of administrative or assistant experience, preferably in a talent management or entertainment-related field.
