Job Description
Overview:
REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.
Responsibilities:
As our new Maintenance Technician for Real Alloy, you will install, repair, construct, test, adjust, and service equipment. Our maintenance technicians maintain production equipment, plant equipment, electrical systems, mechanics, hydraulics, buildings and other equipment. All maintenance technicians need to be driven by our SAFE culture.

We are currently offering a Retention Bonus and Monthly Incentive Bonus:

RETENTION BONUS: 1 year $900.00
MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: earn up to $500.00

Competitive salary starting at $27.17 - $31.97; with a swing shift premium. Multiple shifts. Wage dependent upon skill.

Qualifications:
Maintenance Technician requirements include:
  • General mechanical knowledge
  • Knowledge of mechanic work desired
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Heavy fabrication and welding experience desired
