Industrial Electrician Journeyman

About the Role

The Industrial Electrician is responsible for defined maintenance and troubleshootnig activities in our Neenah Tissue Converting site. The role
maintains the machines based on preventive and predictive maintenance concept. It is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and
solving these problems using the Daily Direction Setting approach & Root cause analysis. The technician supports and coaches the
Operators / Colleagues in handling technical issues in the Resource Support Teams/Asset Teams and Site.

What You Will Do

You'll work with multiple operations teams (Resource Support Teams) to support dozens of converting lines in the quest for Safety, Quality,
and Reliability. As part of a collaborative team of tradespersons, you'll have the opportunity to apply your electrical troubleshooting skills to
identify and eliminate causes of breakdowns, and identify process Safety and Reliability improvement opportunities

Who You Are

We are looking for Journeyperson Electricians who have completed a 4-6 year Electrical apprenticeship and related academic instruction.
