Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Journeyman Electrician located in Dryden, MI. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems, ensuring that work is in accordance with relevant codes, and maintaining required records of services performed. Additionally, the Journeyman Electrician may be required to train apprentices and junior electricians from time to time.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years electrical experience with proven expertise in work with both commercial and residential electrical systems
  • Experience with installing and troubleshooting switchgear, electrical controls, and motor controls
  • Must possess a valid electrician’s license or certification from the State of Michigan
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in team settings
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
