We are hiring for the position of IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL. It’s full time and in-person.

Brooklyn IMMIGRATION law firm seeks a Paralegal to become part of our team!
We handle FAMILY IMMIGRATION, VAWA, ASYLUM, CANCELLATION OF REMOVAL, WAIVERS, T-VISAS, MOTIONS TO REOPEN, APPEALS, and EB-1 AND EB-2 CASES.
The daily responsibilities of the position will mainly include assisting and handling immigration clients, manage calendar, set and confirm appointments; prepare draft for legal brief and motion; evidence submission and other tasks as assigned by the senior paralegals and/or attorneys.
Other Responsibilities:
-Prepare Immigration applications and forms
-Communications with clients and attorneys
-Correspondence to USCIS and Courts
-Conduct research to support legal proceedings
-Prepare affidavits with clients
-Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents such a petitions and motions
-Prepare and send out evidence submissions to USCIS and Immigration Courts
-Prepare legal correspondence
Use of Clio CRM software for every communication, note and document
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
Previous experience as a paralegal or other administrative field required.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Salary commensurate with experience.
Paid Vacations and Personal days.
Bonus and Salary review every year based on performance.
