Job Description
Overview:
The role of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Lead is to provide ownership from a technical, process, and policy perspective over the bank’s assignment of digital identities and the accesses that are part of those identities. This includes the provisioning of privileged and non-privileged identities within the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Ownership and administration of the bank’s various IAM and PAM platforms
  • Continuous development and ownership of the bank’s identity and access management practices, policies, standards, and procedures
  • Automation of the identity lifecycle
  • Compliance with all bank Information Security policies, regulatory guidance, etc.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Ensure timely response to incidents and problems
  • Lead and supervise direct reports and team members, as well as provide guidance for IAM/PAM practices to other internal customers
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Demonstrated experience with implementing and administering both IAM and PAM platforms, either on premises or in a SaaS model
  • Commensurate experience with industry standard identity providers for both distributed and mainframe environments
  • Seven or more years in an Information Technology environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Five or more years working in a role with applicable IAM/PAM experience
  • Prior management and/or supervisory duties that demonstrate ability to effectively lead a team
  • Excellent time and project management skills
Preferred:
  • Significant experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and IBM RACF
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and maintain documentation including policy, standards, and procedural documents
  • Prior experience working in industries where IAM/PAM practices were scrutinized by external regulators, internal auditors, information security teams, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience automating the processes around the lifecycles of privileged and non-privileged identities
  • Certifications and/or formal training in Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory
  • Experience integrating the identity lifecycle and automation into industry standard ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Experience implementing complementary controls for access management such as multi-factor authentication, conditional access policies (Azure AD), etc.
  • Experience with CyberArk for PAM
