Pay Hourly: Depending on experience $40,000-$125,000+ a Year

Position Summary: To service heating and air conditioning systems to Perfect Star Heating and Air Conditioning standards. Must provide new and lifetime customers with the best experience possible. Every day, every job!

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
• Work alongside team members and management dispatchers to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehicles

Service Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on clients heating and air conditioning systems
• Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Maintain existing client relationships with strong communication and customer service skills
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems
