Job Description

Job Purpose



We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our team and help our organization support and maintain the company’s HR systems. HRIS Analyst responsibilities include gathering data, improving the performance of various HRIS throughout an organization and data integrity.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR team
  • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
  • Execute data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
  • Support the optimization, ongoing design, compliance, and maintenance of all HR systems, with a primary focus on ADP Vantage and Workforce Manager Serves
  • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries
  • Conduct regular audits for data integrity
  • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS



Experience

  • 3 -5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running queries and creating reports
  • Understanding of HR information systems with a technical experience with at least one commercial HRIS product, preferably ADP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail
