RLPS Architects is a planning, architectural, and interior design firm based in Lancaster, PA, with a team of creative, passionate professionals working with clients in PA and nationwide since 1954. We deeply respect each client's unique needs and design priorities and strive to cultivate a culture of integrity, empathy, and creativity for our customers and employees. We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to serve and support our team. This position is ideal for a creative, strategic individual who can take initiative and enjoys engaging with employees.
Our Ideal Human Resources Generalist:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role with a strong background in recruiting
• Team Player: Able to work independently but also connect & collaborate with different departments on our team.
• Computer Savvy: Able to easily navigate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Relational: A strong desire to engage and build relationships with our staff and promote our professional, creative, collaborative culture to prospective employees and interns
• Growth Minded: Encourage personal & professional development of the team and take an interest in their growth.
• Flexible: Able to travel to university job fairs 5-6 times per year
• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or another related field is preferred. SHRM certification is preferred but not required.
