: Multi-Client HR and Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Multi-Client HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for handling HR and payroll functions for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll and related tasks.
As a member of our team, you can leverage your skills and knowledge to help clients solve complex problems, improve performance, and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management: Process and administer payroll for various clients, including calculating wages, benefits, deductions, and taxes accurately.
2. HR Administration: Handle various HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and timekeeping.
3. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure payroll and HR practices comply with legal requirements.
4. Benefits Management: Assist clients in managing employee benefits, enrollments, and queries related to benefit plans.
5. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and HR-related issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
6. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and maintaining strong client relationships.
7. Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in payroll and HR systems for all clients.
8. Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll and HR reports to support decision-making processes for both clients and internal teams.
9. System Optimization: Collaborate with the technical team to enhance and optimize HR and payroll systems for improved efficiency.
10. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase accuracy, and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing HR and payroll functions for multiple clients.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, and labor laws.
- Familiarity with various HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
