Do you have 3+ years of experience inhuman resources?Are you skilled in managing talent acquisition processes, employee relations issues, employee benefits administration, and compensation analysis?

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a local social services non-profit organization in their search for a Human Resources Generalist to join their HR team in Minneapolis, MN

Ideal candidates will have experience managing complex employee relations issues and best practice proficiency in employee recruitment, benefits, compensation, and performance management. Candidates will collaborate with managers, ensure policy compliance, and work on organization-wide projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in human resources or related field

• 3+ years of HR experience required.

• Must demonstrate ability to work with diverse and/or low-income populations, primarily those experiencing homelessness, unreliable housing options, and/or mental health crisis/illness.

Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:

• Office located in Minneapolis, MN.

• Remote/Hybrid work modelfor MN residents only.

• Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm

• Pay starts at $75k and depends on experience.

• Contract-to-hire/Direct-hire opportunity.
