What You Will Do as a Key Member of Our Team:
As a Human Resources Generalist at [Company Name Removed], you will:
Recommend innovative programs and strategies to attract qualified candidates and retain our valuable employees.
Collaborate with management to develop a workforce and employment plan that aligns with our business objectives.
Foster open communication with our clients to exchange ideas and share knowledge, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Assist in the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices, always adhering to legal requirements.
Play an integral role in the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to providing hiring recommendations.
Manage the hiring process, including background checks, salary negotiations, and issuing job confirmation letters.
Coordinate and conduct various employee relations activities and programs, such as counseling, policy interpretation, orientation, and recognition initiatives.
Develop creative strategies for attracting qualified candidates through position announcements, advertising, and participation in job fairs.
Conduct exit interviews and provide management with insights to improve our workplace.
Address inquiries related to our organization's processes, policies, procedures, and programs.
Facilitate ongoing training sessions and offer support for problem resolution and employee development.
Identify potential employee relations issues and make recommendations to management for resolution.
Investigate claims of harassment or policy violations, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
Oversee the administration of workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
Assist in the administration of company compensation and benefits programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, with two to four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in HR laws and regulations.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively.
Capacity to work independently and collaborate within diverse teams and committees.
Exceptional multitasking skills, suited for a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft systems and HRIS systems.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Good judgment and the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
