- Executes workforce and succession planning processes across respective business units
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
- Executes talent solutions that drive business objectives
- Consults regularly with management and provides guidance when appropriate
- Builds trusted relationships with the leadership team as well as key stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborates with colleagues in the human resources department to develop programs and solutions
- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary
- Analyzes data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
- Coaches and mentors leadership team and employees as needed
- Assesses and anticipates human resources-related needs across specific business units
- Interpret human resources policy to employees and company management
- Partners with the HR shared services team on talent acquisition needs and manages the open roles process
- Provides day to day support to leaders on HR related matters
- Collaborates with department management on promotions, transfers, and new hires
- In partnership with leadership, develops local initiatives that drive employee engagement, increase morale, improve workplace relationships, boost productivity as well as attract and retain top talent
- Manages organizational design and talent analytics across specific business units
- 3+ years’ experience as an HRBP or HR Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or related field
- Previous experience in human resources, professional development and training
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources, employee management, federal and state employment laws
