Job Type: Full-time or Part-time


Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities:

You’ll help project leaders in the transportation market to…

  • Assess competency levels of individuals and groups to identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Manage changes to organizational structures, processes, and systems to achieve strategic objectives
  • Design individual development plans (IDPs) to enable people to grow their capabilities
  • Design organizational structures and establish career paths to map the roles within an organization
  • Help your teammates develop their competency modeling, competency assessment, and IDP design skills
  • Create competency models to define expectations for roles
  • Collaborate with training professionals to design targeted onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify human capital issues and understand the root causes


Requirements:

You’ll be prepared if you have…

  • Five years of experience in human capital management, talent management, talent development, people operations, people analytics, or HR technology functions
  • Meeting facilitation, expectations management, task management, quality control, individual development plan (IDP) design, and data analysis skills
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Authorization to permanently work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Advanced verbal communication, written communication, and problem-solving skills


Preferences:

You’ll stand out if you have…

  • A master’s degree in engineering, business, or science
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, or project management teams in the transportation, healthcare, or utilities markets
  • Experience leading organizational changes in order to adopt new systems, processes, or standards
  • Local residence in Los Angeles, California
  • Experience delivering management consulting services
  • Stakeholder management, process improvement, change management, strategic planning, competency modeling, competency assessment skills
  • A certification in change management, process improvement, data analysis, or HRIS implementation
