Job Description
Looking to bring on an HR/TA Operations Manager

This is an exciting new role that will act as the primary contact for the Talent Acquisition operations and programs that include new hire on-boarding, transfer process, vendor management, employee referral program, university relations, career fairs, reporting, system applications & operations management. The TA Operations Manager is responsible for managing TA applications, vendor systems, internal and external programs that drive candidate flow, on-boarding and HR Administration to support new hires, on-boarding, internal transfers and the overall system employee base.
Position Overview
  • Manage and drive improvements to the new hire clearance process and on-boarding program.
  • Supports, collaborates and partners with System TA Managers on strategies and programs that support the Talent Acquisition Partners in the field, including TAP metrics.
  • Supports and develops TA Programs including the internal employee referral program, vendors, diversity initiatives and other internal programs that drive candidate flow and employee retention.
  • Manages the Front Office teams, HR Admins, and Talent Coordinator resources to ensure coverage across the system as well as timely responses to all front desk inquires (team of 5).
  • Review and implement processes including recruiting, on-boarding, orientation, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and post orientation programs.
  • Develop and maintain consistent reporting for Talent Acquisition, HR and retention programs.
  • Lead and support specific yearly TA programs and priorities.
  • Manage ATS and CRM technologies (Workday & Healthcare Source); manage TA enhancement processes, support and build talent communities, design and update program guides on business processes, support HR and TA training needs.
  • Manage relationships with universities, career fair programs and event coordination including managing the calendar of events and staffing events across the system.
Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of HR or Talent Acquisition professional experience, ideally in a large corporate environment
  • Experience with talent acquisition technologies and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Building on-boarding programs, managing background check and on-boarding processes legal requirements, and processes compliance.
  • Experience developing, implement and maintain recruiting programs including employee referral program, sign-on bonuses, career events and apprenticeship programs.
  • Managing large, complex programs or vendors, in the HR or Talent Acquisition space, to include setting and managing KPIs, developing process documents and training content.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
