Job Description
LEARN Behavioral, the leading network of providers serving children with autism and other special needs, is looking for a HRIS Manager. LEARN Behavioral provides behavioral health services to more than 4,000 families across 15 states.


The HRIS Manager, in a shared service model, will serve as the UKG HRIS technical point of contact for assigned functional area and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, dashboard preparation, and process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst supports a complex business model and multiple business divisions with numerous reporting and technology infrastructures.


  • Manages a small team of HRIS Analysts
  • Employee satisfaction measures - surveys and follow up programming
  • Manages HRIS system and reporting that support business needs and contributes to employee engagement
  • Supervisory Responsibility This position manages employees and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within their departmental scope.
  • Maximize use of HRIS – proactively provide data and analytics that drive business decisions (new hire, turnover, LOA)
  • Keeps EE Managers up to date and informed on compliance related matters
  • Manages HRIS vendor relations – continually seeks ways to automate and improve service offerings
  • Owns HR compliance of state and federal regulations in the areas of comp, pay practices, PTO and other related areas
  • Drive business efficiency through use of HRIS and integration with other tools (benefits, recruiting)
  • Drive business decisions through reporting and analysis of labor-related data.
  • Oversee the integration of subsidiary/newly acquired businesses into HRIS systems. Project lead integrations with IT and business leaders
