LEARN Behavioral, the leading network of providers serving children with autism and other special needs, is looking for a HRIS Manager. LEARN Behavioral provides behavioral health services to more than 4,000 families across 15 states.
- Manages a small team of HRIS Analysts
- Employee satisfaction measures - surveys and follow up programming
- Manages HRIS system and reporting that support business needs and contributes to employee engagement
- Supervisory Responsibility This position manages employees and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within their departmental scope.
- Maximize use of HRIS – proactively provide data and analytics that drive business decisions (new hire, turnover, LOA)
- Keeps EE Managers up to date and informed on compliance related matters
- Manages HRIS vendor relations – continually seeks ways to automate and improve service offerings
- Owns HR compliance of state and federal regulations in the areas of comp, pay practices, PTO and other related areas
- Drive business efficiency through use of HRIS and integration with other tools (benefits, recruiting)
- Drive business decisions through reporting and analysis of labor-related data.
- Oversee the integration of subsidiary/newly acquired businesses into HRIS systems. Project lead integrations with IT and business leaders
- HRIS report writing experience
- Business Acumen

- UKG software experience highly preferred

- 5+ years HRIS or related systems experience
- Bachelor's Degree required

- Daily Health Screenings – We follow local county guidelines, and may adjust this practice as COVID-19 cases in your area increase/decrease.
- Employee Vaccination – Employees are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19, as vaccination may be a requirement in the future to comply with Executive and State/Local or Payor vaccination mandates.
