Job Description

We’re looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join our team to support Vontier in mobilizing the future to create a better world! This role will report to the HR Systems Lead.

The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for the management of HR systems and providing daily support to end users. They will drive system optimization and adoption via continuous improvements through timely system upkeep and configuration.

What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)

§ Provide global system support to all users of the HR Talent Systems, including but not limited to Absorb LMS, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, People Element and Taleo.

§ Manage support tickets and problem resolution with a sense of urgency.

§ Troubleshoot all system-related issues.

§ Develop user guidelines and standard work for training purposes and facilitate training sessions.

§ Assist with ad hoc reporting, report scheduling, and the management of custom reports.

§ Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

§ Collaborate with HR Systems Lead to facilitate the change management process after the implementation of major system or process changes.

§ Provide recommendations for process improvement and new functionality to drive business efficiencies.


Who You Are (Qualifications)

§ 1-3 years’ experience managing HR systems in complex matrixed organizations.

§ Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team and become a trusted partner to relevant stakeholders.

§ Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

§ General knowledge of HR policies, practices, disciplines, and the full employee lifecycle.

§ Continuous improvement mindset. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work output and decisions.

§ Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

§ Work experience with the HR systems currently used in the company (e.g., Taleo, SuccessFactors, Absorb, People Element) is a plus.
